A decision science firm, founded on learning over knowing
Decision Culture was founded in March 2013 by Shushrut Adigon, a data scientist turned entrepreneur. Our vision is to promote data-driven decision making in the organisations we work with.
Who we are
We provide end-to-end analytics support: data engineering, operational business analytics, visualisation and dashboarding, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Today that includes GenAI and full-stack product development.
We work with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients in telecom, technology, retail, insurance and banking across the globe, and we have been recognised as one of the fastest-growing startups. Kristina Jensen joined Decision Culture in December 2018 and leads our US operations from Atlanta.
We help organisations design analytical roadmaps, solve complex business problems end to end, build Centers of Excellence and run enterprise-wide learning programmes.
Learning over knowing. Experimentation over expertise.
We give academic statistical learning a place to solve real business problems. We test ideas in a pilot before rolling them out, and we measure what changed.
- We identify the problem, solve it, and enable data-driven decision making
- We partner with clients at every step of the transformation
- We combine thought leadership, strong talent and business knowledge

Why clients choose us
Our value to clients, and how our skills overlap to make us a decision sciences company.
A decision sciences company
Data engineers, visualisation experts, technology consultants, data scientists and analytics specialists: we are all of the above. That overlap is what lets one team take a problem from raw data to a decision.

How we work
Learning over knowing, experimentation over expertise. The same five steps, whether the output is a forecast, a pricing engine or an AI agent.
Frame the decision
Start from the decision someone has to make, and what a better one is worth.
Get the data right
Bring the right sources together in a governed, reusable form.
Model and test
Build the simplest model that answers the question, and test it in a pilot market.
Put it to work
Ship it as a dashboard, an app, an API or an AI assistant people use every day.
Learn and improve
Measure what changed, retrain, and move to the next decision.
